A striking double scrolled end Victorian settee, the settee has just been finished in the heavy duty designer fabric with coordinating baluster cushions, so I am confidently able to say is faultless throughout, to each corner the traditional turned supports capped with brass socket castors, the castors are new to the sofa and correct for the period, the crafted scrolled ends displaying carvings of acanthus, the carved detail continues to the raised back, the settee is a splendid example from the period.
