P.O.E

A magnificent period oak refectory table dating back to the 1800s and earlier, the refectory table extended can boast an overall length of 132 inches / 11 foot and an equally good width of 44 inches, this wonderfully versatile crafted draw leaf table is mainly crafted from three generous period oak planks, all is secured by four and half inch cleated ends with a depth of one and half inches, with the leafs retracted giving the table a total depth of three inches and this is certainly reflective of the pleasing weight the table offers, the table stands solid on its traditionally pegged joint base with Elizabethan style turned supports united by a continues stretcher, commensurate with age you should expect to fined evidents of woodworm for the past, I have precautionary liberally treated these areas, this fine table will continue to be enjoyed for many generations.

The overall dimensions are 132 inches in length, 44 inches in width and 30 inches in height, with the leafs retracted the table reduces down to 72 inches.
